Forest striker Robert Earnshaw is one of seven players out of contract at the end of this season and manager Billy Davies is urging the club to offer him a new deal.
Earnshaw has been a terrace favourite, since his £2.65m move from the Sheep in 2008 and has scored 17 goals in each of his previous 2 campaigns.
Davies told The Telegraph. ‘I have recommended to the board that we keep Robert and offer him an extension to his current deal.’
