Concern Over Tyson

Nathan Tyson may miss the FA Cup game with Luton due to a hamstring injury. He was taken off in the Friday night game at Brighton, but not before he grabbed both goals for the Reds.

It may be the club being over cautious, but in light of his past regarding injuries, they might be wise.

CC told the official site. ‘Nathan felt a little bit of tightness in his hamstring – we believe it was a cramping. Because it’s that area of his leg, we have to be ultra cautious if I’m honest.’

Hopefully it is nothing serious, but with the busy Christmas period coming up, they may opt to play safe and leave him out. Holt is fit again and raring to go, so he may get the nod.

It will be tough on Ty if he misses out though. The player has bagged seven goals so far this campaign and is in fine form. Although CC has said ‘it’s not serious’ there is something about Tyson, where every time he goes off, you fear the worst. Here’s hoping he gets the all clear.
