Swindon Town striker Charlie Austin is once again being linked with a summer move to the City Ground. The 20 year old former bricklayer is much sought after following his 20 goals in 31 games last season.

Forest were rumoured to be looking at him in January, but nothing further came of it. There was confirmation earlier this week that a pre season friendly has been arranged with the Robins and that has fuelled speculation that it’s part of a deal to bring him to the City Ground.

Todays’ Daily Mirror reports that Forest are one of 3 clubs’ chasing the £1m rated youngster, saying Boro’ and Burnley are also looking at him.

  • STOP PRESS: Lionel Messi has seen the new Robin Hood Film….he is now being linked with a move to Forest!

  • You may have to come up with a bit more than that if you want to tempt Swindon. Haven’t they just sold Paynter to Leeds.
