Nottingham Forest reserves take on West Bromwich Albion tonight at the City Ground and captain Ian Breckin looks likely to play a part in the game.

This will be his first game since sustaining a calf injury at the end of pre season training. Neil Lennon has filled the captains boots well since taking over and it’s how most fans would like to see things stay.

The major question mark over Breckin though, is whether or not he would automatically regain his place, as defensively Forest have looked pretty sound. Either way, the competition for places can only be good.

Also in the squad for tonight’s game is striker Nathan Tyson, who continues his way back to fitness after damaging knee ligaments.
