Signings are coming thick and fast at the City Ground, in both directions.
With the club now making their sixth signing in the form of Albert Adomah and Ben Osborn reportedly set to leave the club, there’s still a lot of questions as to how the squad will shape up for next season.
The only thing that seems certain, at least in the eyes of the fans, is that new signing Arijanet Muric will be between the sticks. Having signed for the club yesterday, Muric got straight to work on the training ground.
The club released a video of one of his first sessions, and whilst this should always be taken with a pinch of salt, he could have made 100 howlers that they decided to cut out, he certainly looked every bit the player that Pep Guardiola thinks he is.
Whilst some took this for what it was, a chance to see their new goalkeeper in, some form of action, others used the opportunity to have a dig at last season’s number one Costel Pantilimon. Pantilimon’s position is somewhat up in the air at the moment, does he stay and fight for his place, or will Lamouchi be looking to move him on and alter the goalkeeping hierarchy?
Love him already

He will know how to play out from the back and be comfortable on the ball with him being at city with pep

Looks like a great signing, but I hope we don’t get to see how good he is next season because he has nothing to do!

Potentially the best signing in 5 years or more?

Although a great goal keeper Pants was weak with balls played low down.
Aro has it all and is an upgrade.— Darren Clark (@dazzared60) July 9, 2019
