You have voted on loan Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Adlene Guedioura, as the Vital Forest Player of the Season.

Guedioura won the award voted for by readers of this site in a poll that saw the Algerian international collect 38% of the votes.

In a season of struggle for the Reds’, there were few genuine candidates, but Guedioura did stand out and was a more than worthy winner.

Defender Joel Lynch gave him a good run for his money and came a credible second, with 23%. Garath McCleary, who won the lesser award on the NFFC official site (said firmly with tongue in cheek), finished in third place with 16%. Other notable mentions go to Andy Reid 7% and Lee Camp 6%.
